I started my fitness journey out at 190 pounds in 2015, and now I am around 152 pounds. I started focusing on my diet eliminating processed food, junk, pork, fried foods cutting down on sugary beverages, sugar overall and sodium. I started focusing more on weights and HIIT. I remember when I couldn’t lift five pounds, or last just ten minutes in HIIT. Now I am working towards becoming a certified fitness instructor this fall. NEVER give up. But be patient and enjoy the process.
