Rock Your Body Program
- Search for ‘RiverPlex Group Exercise’ group on Facebook and request to join.
- Between February 15-March 31, attend 2 HIIT classes (GRIT and/or SPRINT) and 1 other group exercise class per week.
- The additional group exercise class can be ANYTHING – it does NOT have to be Les Mills.
- Every time you attend a class, take a picture of yourself in the class. Post this picture in the Facebook group every time you attend a class!
- If you don’t want to take a picture of yourself, it can be your shoes, your equipment, a picture with someone, etc.
- For everyone that posts at least two times per week throughout the program, you will get a shirt at the end of the 6 weeks.
- There will also be challenges in weeks 2-5 that will have winners for those specific challenges!
Still wanting more of a push? Choose to do a STYKU scan at the beginning and end of the Rock Your Body program.
If you want to take this to the next level, get a STYKU scan at the beginning and end of the 6 week program. We are offering an introductory cost for members to do 2 scans for $40 when enrolled in this incentive program (the price is normally $30 per scan). You will get a scan before the program starts and after the program is over. There will be 3 prizes awarded – person that lost the most weight, inches and body fat percentage.
