Aloha! My name is Sara and I have a deep passion for helping others in their fitness journeys. I attained a Physical Fitness and Nutrition certification nearly two decades ago and became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) in 2010. A former CrossFit athlete, I learned from great coaches how to safely perform Olympic-style lifting, functional core training, and cross-training. My other studies include kettlebell training, plyometrics, mobility, and general fitness. I focus on personalizing each workout to the individual, meeting them where they are in their fitness journey, and helping them get to where they desire to be.
