Roger

Roger started lifting weights and running when he was 15 years old, and has been in the gym consistently for over forty years. He started as a trainer when he was assigned to re-condition US Marines who no longer met the Corps’ demanding fitness standards. Over the years he has worked as a personal trainer frequently, both as a coach and an advisor. He has recently returned to Peoria to create DeeperWellBeing.ORG, a 501c3 wellness consulting organization. Roger’s wellness practice focuses on brain training to empower and liberate better choices and habits. Physical fitness is an important part of wellbeing, and Roger teaches the skills and principles to establish a sustainable, lifelong fitness practice.
