What made you start teaching group fitness?–I have always been active and was attending classes nearly every day. I had a friend in the fitness business and she encouraged me to get certified and teach. I’ve been doing it for 22 years and still love it!
What do you love most about leading group exercise?–I love it when someone tells me I’ve helped motivate them with their workout. I love to hear it when someone says, “I didn’t really feel like coming today, but I am so glad I did. I feel so much better.”
