I have been teaching group fitness for over a decade and have been involved in fitness-oriented activities my whole life. In high school, I learned that I was much better at NON-contact sports and fell in love with group fitness. I have a Master’s degree in Communication and I am 100% PASSIONATE about fitness. I am AFAA (Group Fitness, Kickboxing, and Personal Training) certified; R.I.P.P.E.D., Body Step, Insanity, and YogaFit licensed. I can also teach dance fitness, step, barbell classes, pilates, boot camp, among other fitness formats.
