Currently a Physical Therapist Assistant student at Illinois Central College, Peoria, IL.

Hannah joined the RiverPlex staff in June 2016 as a sports performance assistant and personal trainer. She is a native of Carbondale, Illinois where she ran track and field, played volleyball, softball, and soccer throughout her middle and high school career.

In May of 2015, Hannah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Illinois State University. She then became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. While studying at Illinois State, she volunteered as an assistant track and field coach at Kingsley Junior High School in Normal, Illinois. She specializes in strength and endurance training with a variety of experience with clientele of all ages and fitness levels.

Prior to the RiverPlex, Hannah worked as an exercise specialist at Hopedale Wellness Center in Hopedale, Illinois where she discovered her passion for sports performance and helping athletes to reach their full potential. Here, she gained a multitude of experience with athletes from grade school to the collegiate level in a wide variety of sports including softball, football, baseball, track and field, volleyball, and more.

Hannah is currently furthering her education in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Illinois Central College in Peoria, Illinois and will graduate in 2018.
