Something Unique–I started taking Les Mills classes when I was 13 years old with my mom.
What made you start teaching group fitness?–I regularly attended Les Mills classes in college and was approached by a few instructors to consider teaching. At that point, I was ready to take the next step in my fitness and took the leap to become an instructor.
What do you love most about leading group exercise?–When I take classes as a participant it’s the music, the instructor, and the workout that motivates me to achieve my fitness goals. I love that, as an instructor, I am now part of that motivation for someone else.
