Join us on Saturday, April 27 from 8:30-10am for a 90 minute workout with 7 different formats. We will have the “best of” music for these formats, chosen by the instructors. We will also have prizes and snacks throughout the morning as well. Due to this event, our land group exercise class schedule is as follows for 4/27:
7:00am Body Pump – Upstairs Studio
7:15am Yoga – 1st Floor Classrooms
8:30am-10:00am PLEX90X – Member’s Gym
All other classes not listed above are canceled.
