New Member Mashup Class

Have you wanted to try group exercise but are intimidated being the “newbie”? Try out our MASHUP class on Saturday, 1/26 at 10am.  Instructors will teach tracks from 4 different group exercise formats – Body Pump, CX WORX, Body Combat and Body Flow – in 60 minutes. They will also walk you through everything from setting up for class, equipment and basic movements. Instructors will also touch on how to set up your own personal workout schedule based on the results you’re looking for. You will be encouraged to ask questions along the way as well!
