So, you’ve taken Women with Weights 101 and you’re ready for more?? Women with Weights 102 will build on what you have previously learned, going more in depth on different weight training techniques specific for women! In addition to new programming, you’ll learn how to strengthen your core, prevent and reduce low back pain, and improve bladder control with pelvic floor exercises. This class will help you to develop a full strength building routine that’s right for you!
