7:15am GRIT

Whenever you see LES MILLS GRIT on our schedule, it is instructor choice! This means, that you may have GRIT Plyo, GRIT Strength, GRIT Cardio, or a combination of two of these formats.

7:50am Body Combat

This is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and Muay Thai.

8:45am Body Flow

A combined Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

11:30am Body Step

This is a Les Mills step workout that will make you feel alive and energized! Using a height-adjustable step, this exhilarating workout provides cardio blocks to push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning to shape and tone your entire lower body.

4:00pm Body Pump

Get on the fast track to a strong and toned body! Les Mills Body Pump utilizes barbell weights and awesome music. This class is perfect for men and women of any fitness level. You don’t want to miss this class!

5:10pm Les Mills Barre

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

5:45pm WERQ

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.  The signature WERQ® warm-up previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ™ cool-down includes balance and yoga inspired poses.  Are you ready to WERQ®?
