Peggy has experience in fitness, running and cross training under her belt and believes a person needs to do both cardio, strength training and cross-training to become fit and stay injury-free. Peggy enjoys working with people of all ages – kids, mature adults and those in between. Peggy recently began personal training for the Peoria Park District’s 50 Rockprogram as well. Peggy’s enthusiasm, energy and love of fitness and variety are here to help you!
