Lawrence was a highly decorated track and field jumper. Recently Lawrence has been volunteer coaching for his local high school, Richwoods High School as their jump/sprint coach. Now a part of the RiverPlex Sport Performance team, Lawrence looks to further grow his skills and lead your athletes to the top of their potential. Lawrence is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine and is taking classes at WIU to further his career. Lawrence likes to design unique sports specific programs to help students become faster powerful and more agile.
