Alice
Alice is currently a third-year Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at Bradley University. She graduated from Knox College with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Biology. In addition to her degree, she is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has hopes o become a sports physical therapist and eventually open her own gym. She has experience in both strength training as well as sports performance. She was previously a Track & Field coach at Knox College for the throw events (shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin). She also has successfully competed in powerlifting at a national level. Her other interests and specialties include Olympic weightlifting, mobility training, and sports psychology. She has a belief that strength and athleticism can be achieved by all, regardless of age, gender, or ability. She has coached clients with all different ages and has seen her clients lift, sprint, throw, and do things they never thought they could do before!
