This five day camp is designed to help bring your athletic performance to a new level. Will incorporate a wide variety of exercises, drills, and competitions to develop sport specific qualities for success. Camp will be run in a team setting, developing general strength, power, speed, change of direction, and overall athleticism. Athletes will go home not only more athletic than they came in, but with a better knowledge for performance training, with nutritional and sport psychology information, and a T-shirt.
