This class is similar to the OSF Arthritis class but is taught by RiverPlex staff. Exercises are performed in the warm water pool. Entrance to the pool is by steps with handrails or a chair lift. Participants do not need to know how to swim.

Join us for this parent-child open time in the leisure pool. Children ages 0–5 enjoy the splash features and play stations with a parent/guardian who is dressed to swim. There is no charge for adults, but you must be in the water with your child.
