Numerous Training Options
Utilize our wide-open personal training studio on the lower level of the RiverPlex, complete with a great river view. We have a program for wherever you’re at physically, or financially.
Individual private training, semi-private training, or small group training means we have something for everybody and every body. We have many personal trainers with a variety of skills and availability. Plus, we offer special group training programs throughout the year. Members receive special pricing.
Overview
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the RiverPlex has something for you! We aren’t focused on numbers; we’re focused on helping you reach your goals. We have services that meet all schedules, budgets and commitments.
We continuously update our wide-open training studio on the lower level of the RiverPlex, complete with a great river view. This area is exclusive to our training programs.
- Personal Training is our most specialized and custom training offered to help you reach your goals.
- Small Group Training provides the accountability of a small group as well as the oversight of our trainers for help with exercise modifications and injury prevention.
The Secret to Your Success
Our programs are developed around our mission. Create STRONG healthy individuals and the habits necessary to achieve long-term results. Our secret component is Energy. Not only will you feel it during the session; you will ALWAYS leave more energized and ready to attack life than when you came in. We provide a complete training system and highly qualified training team that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Our trainers are required to maintain the highest level of certification available and a four year college degree. We believe becoming certified should be considered the beginning of a trainers education, not the end, and our trainers are constantly learning and improving. We are confident you will not find better trainers anywhere.
Small Group Training
Small Group Training is led by our certified Personal Trainers. Each class is specifically programmed by the trainer leading the class. During the class the trainer will work with you on form, technique, and injury prevention. These classes offer a variety of workouts to encompass full body fitness. Currently we have classes that focus on strength, endurance, muscle toning, power, and overall fitness! These classes take place in our training studio and we offer morning and evening options.
The package includes unlimited access to small group training classes, and a binder where you can track your goals and progress.
Personal / Private Training
Our most individualized and customized training available. You’ll have your own Personal Trainer who will design and implement a personalized program based on your individual needs and goals!
Besides traditional Personal Training, we also offer Nutrition Training. These sessions are interchangeable with Personal Training, so you can custom fit your sessions to help you achieve your goals!
For example, if you purchase 5 training sessions, you could split them as 3 personal training and 2 nutrition training. Keep this in mind when you sign up. All personal training sessions last 1 hour.

- What do you wish to get out of training/reasons for starting training?
- What days/times work best for you to train? How many times a week do you want to train?
- How many sessions would you like to purchase? (see rates below)
- Do you have a preference for a male or female trainer, or do you have someone specific in mind?
