Push your limits with the a new trial program, Athletic Performance Training, a 4-week sports performance program built to increase speed, strength, and power. Designed for athletes (and anyone who wants to train like one), this twice-weekly program delivers results through high-energy, performance-based sessions.
Program Details
Duration: 4 weeks
Frequency: 2x per week on Tuesday and Thursday
Time Slots: 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Who It’s For: Youth & high school athletes (13+), young adults, or anyone looking for advanced, performance-based training

What to Expect (60-minute sessions)
This program gives you the tools to move faster, get stronger, and perform at a higher level—whether you’re competing on the field or pushing your own limits in the gym.
- Dynamic Warm-Up – Mobility, activation, and prep drills
- Speed & Agility Work – Ladder drills, cone work, sprints
- Power Training – Med ball throws, jumps, slams
- Strength Work – Landmines, TRX, sled pushes, goblet squats
- Conditioning Finisher – Bike sprints, circuits, core work
- Cool Down/Recovery

Each workout is structured to help you move better, perform stronger, and measure your progress with key performance markers. Taught by Nate Williams, ACSM EP—Fitness & Performance Coach at the Peoria RiverPlex, this program delivers expert coaching in a supportive, high-energy environment that pushes you to perform at your best.
