An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
Exercises are performed in the warm water pool. Entrance to the pool is by steps with handrails or a chair lift. Participants do not need to know how to swim. A Physician Consent form is required. Call 282-1605 to register. Pricing available for 6 week class punch cards. This class is offered several times daily.
