Cancellation Policy
The primary member may cancel the contract. Cancellation notices must be provided in writing before the 25th of the month to avoid incurring the following month’s payment. All membership agreement payments must be current at the time of the cancellation.
PPD Scholarship Program
The Peoria Park District wants EVERYONE to be able to access high quality parks and recreation activities, regardless of income. After all, parks and recreation help to make people HEALTHIER, HAPPIER, and CONNECT everyone in our community. Scholarships, including discounted membership to the RiverPlex, are offered on a sliding scale to in-District patrons of the Peoria Park District based on financial need and are determined based on the information requested in our universal application form.
