RiverPlex Training Options

Overview

Wherever you are in your journey physically or financially, we have something for you. We aren’t focused on numbers; we’re focused on your results. The services you choose to get you those results depends on your goals, budget and time commitment.

We continuously update our wide-open training studio on the lower level of the RiverPlex, complete with a great river view. This area is exclusive to our training programs.

  • Personal training is our most personal and individualized training.
  • Semi-private training if you’re looking for flexibility, individualization, strength, and injury prevention.
  • Small Group Training if you need increased accountability and modifications.

Our programs are developed around our mission. Create STRONG healthy individuals and the habits necessary to achieve long-term results. Our secret component is Energy. Not only will you feel it during the session; you will ALWAYS leave more energized and ready to attack life than when you came in.

We provide a complete training system and highly qualified training team that will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our coaches are required to maintain the highest level of certification available and a four year college degree. We believe becoming certified should be considered the beginning of a coach’s education, not the end, and our coaches are constantly learning and improving. We are confident you will not find better coaches anywhere.

Semi-Private Training

Looking for more individualized attention and more specific programming to meet your goals but prefer to exercise with others? In semi-private training one of our coaches will lead 4-6 participants through a structured and carefully planned workout.

 

Perfect for those who:

  • Prefer a smaller setting
  • Benefit from more focused coaching
  • Just getting back to exercise
  • Need modifications due to an injury or surgery
  • Need STRENGTH, added to their routine!
  • Want to speed up their results!

Small Group Training

We will continue with our current small group training  options as always offered like BurnZone, HIRT and Bootcamp; now with more flexibility and accountability! Groups of 10-15 individuals working with a coach, who is there to help with technique, provide feedback and motivation!

We are now implementing live streaming data into many of our small group training and personal training opportunities! Real-time feedback on heart rate zones, intensity points, calorie burn, and more!

Personal / Private Training

Our most individualized and customized training available. You’ll have your own Personal Coach who will design and implement a personalized program based on your individual needs and goals!

 

Besides traditional Personal Training, we also offer Nutrition Coaching. These sessions are interchangeable with Personal Training, so you can custom fit your sessions to help you achieve your goals!

 

For example, if you purchase 5 training sessions, you could split them as 3 personal training and 2 nutrition coaching. Keep this in mind when you sign up. All personal training sessions last 1 hour.

  • Are you a member or non member?
  • Is this for individual, couple, or group training?
  • What is your age (and age of others training with you, if applicable)?
  • Do you have any health conditions or concerns that your trainer should be aware of?
  • What is the best way to contact you?
  • What do you wish to get out of training/reasons for starting training?
  • What days/times work best for you to train? How many times a week do you want to train?
  • How many sessions would you like to purchase? (see rates below)
  • Do you have a preference for a male or female trainer, or do you have someone specific in mind?
